Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli.
Breakfast at the Nakuru Budget Hotel, check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for at least 4 hours game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park is one of the most beautiful National Parks in Kenya. Over a million flamingos can be found here depending on the lake water level. The National park is also home to many bird species. Offering you sweet melodious sounds and a nature experience like no other. Lake Nakuru National park is also home to the endangered black and white rhinoceros. Arrive at Amboseli Nyati Safari Camp in the late evening for check in, dinner, and overnight.
Day 5: Amboseli Safari experience.
African breakfast at the campsite with the immense views of Mount Kilimanjaro if the weather permits. By 0800am leave the campsite for a full day safari experience across Amboseli National Park. Transverse the Amboseli plains with a game drive. Visit the Amboseli viewpoint for a thrilling views and continue the game search till you reach the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Break for the picnic lunches and later with a game drive move to Amboseli Swampy area were the Elephants bathe in abundance as they graze on wet grass. Other animals visit in search of the drinking water as the area serves as the only source of water during the dry season. By 1700hrs with great Amboseli National Park experience exit the park and drive to the campsite for at least 2 hours optional activity. Dinner, Bonfire and overnight will be at the same campsite.
Day 6: Amboseli National Park – Arusha.
Early breakfast at the campsite, check out and drive to Amboseli National park for a game drive en route to Namanga border. Enjoy at least 2 hours 30 Minute drive from Amboseli Kimana Gate to Amboseli Mashenani gate. Exit the park and drive to Namanga border for immigration and health matters. At around 1000am the shuttle from Nairobi will pick you for a drive to Arusha Town where Kenya Tanzania budget Wildlife safari will continue for 4 days as you cover the Northern Tanzania Park. Dinner and overnight will be at Ambassador Hotel Arusha.
Day 7: Arusha – Lake Manyara.
Our professional driver-guide will meet you at Ambassador hotel in the morning for briefing. Depart Arusha with packed picnic lunches and drive to Lake Manyara for the sightseeing of the day. Lake Manyara is soda ash lake consists of huge flocks of flamingos and giving a breath-taking scenery.
The park is also famously known for its tree-climbing lions, a big number of elephants, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, warthogs, baboons, and lesser-known wildlife like the dik-diks, and the klipspringer. Dinner and overnight will be at Sun Bright Campsite or Panorama Campsite.
Day 8: Lake Manyara – Serengeti.
Our Kenya and Tanzania budget wildlife safari continues to Serengeti National Park. After our breakfast, we head to Serengeti via the Olduvai Gorge Museum, where the early man appeared, a million years ago. (You can make an optional visit to the museum at an extra cost of 40$ per person).
Upon arrival, we will head to the Serengeti National Park, which is widely known for the greatest wildlife spectacle, the great migration of wildebeest. The Plains are also home to a resident population of elephants, cheetahs, lions, giraffes, and birds. Dinner and overnight shall be at the temporarily fixed tents in Central Serengeti Campsite.
Day 9: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater.
On this Africa safari tour of our Kenya and Tanzania budget wildlife safari, our final safari destination is the Ngorongoro Crater. After breakfast, you will have your final game drive in Serengeti National Park, known for the great wildebeest migration and many animals. Cover the central serengeti area and mawe area in search of more wild animals, visit the Serengeti Kopjes in search of Prides of lions. Enjoy picnic lunch then exit Serengeti National Park and drive to Ngorongoro Conservancy area. Optional visit to the local community, dinner, Bonfire and overnight at Simba Campsite.
Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha.
On this day of the Kenya Tanzania budget wildlife safari, after breakfast, leave with packed lunch and descend 600m into the Ngorongoro Crater for a 6 hours game drive. Ngorongoro Crater has a stunning landscape consisting of vast expanses of woodlands, savannah forests, and highlands. This combined with a high concentration of wildlife, ranging from the endangered rhino species, the big cats, which include the lions, the elusive leopard, cheetahs, etc. and others like zebras, buffalos, elands, warthogs, hippos, and the giant African elephants, makes it one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world. Later drive back to Arusha, with a drop off at ambassador Hotel booked bed and breakfast.
